Why KAMOZA became an AI Studio
KAMOZA started with websites and interfaces for businesses. It soon became clear that a website rarely works in isolation. An enquiry has to reach a manager, a payment has to be confirmed, data has to be stored, the customer needs a timely response and the result has to be measured.
That led from websites to bots, APIs and integrations, then to automation and AI systems that can work with company knowledge and connected tools.
Today we look beyond a single website or bot. What happens before the customer contacts the business, during that interaction and after it matters just as much.
